We are the merchant of record
Grandhosting Ltd (Cyprus) is the seller to every fan. We handle VAT for every EU country through the EU One-Stop-Shop, issue the invoices, and deal with refunds and chargebacks. Neither your agency nor your creators need a merchant account of their own.
Built for German youth protection
Under the German Interstate Treaty on the Protection of Minors in the Media (JMStV), pornographic content may only be offered inside a closed user group, with identification and authentication. The platform is designed around that: the age check is a separate step from purchase and grants a verified status, only verified users can buy, and users re-authenticate at each usage session.
The integration with an age-verification provider assessed by the KJM, the German Commission for the Protection of Minors in the Media, is being completed and will be in place before a site sells to fans in Germany.
A youth protection officer must also be appointed. We help with the setup, and external services offer this role.

The identity and age of every creator are verified before their first publication, and consent records are kept for every other person who appears in the content.
